Sh. Basant Virmani, one of the Partners of the LLP Firm, has been the Director of the Company M/s SPR Buildtech Ltd., 20/6, Nuchem Compound, Mathura Road, Faridabad who has developed a Group Housing Complex popularly known as “Imperial Estate”,Sector 82, Faridabad on a piece and parcel of land admeasuring 10.256 Acres, falling in the Revenue Estate of Village Bhatola Tehsil and District Faridabad (Haryana), after getting necessary License bearing No. 1264 of 2006 dated 31/10/2006 from the Director Town and Country Planning, Haryana at Chandigarh. The Project Imperial Estate consists of 7 Towers constructed on ground plus 17 floors, having 461 number of main dwelling units, in addition to 82 number of flats reserved for the economically weaker sections of the society, as per the policy of the Govt. of Haryana, besides a Club, a Nursery School and a world class Convenient Shopping Centre etc. After completion of the construction and providing basic amenities, the Company M/s SPR Buildtech Ltd. has already been issued occupation certificates in respect of all the 7 Towers, two EWS Towers, Nursery School and Convenient Shopping Center and offered possession to all the allottees. The allottees have thereafter taken physical possession of their respective flats. About 500 families are happily residing there, being proud owners of flats in the Imperial Estate Group Housing Complex, strategically located in Section 82 of the Greater Faridabad which enjoys an excellent market having good demand.

He is also the Patron and major stake holder in the Company M/s HRH City Projects Pvt. Ltd. having its office at 660, Sector 16A, Faridabad who is engaged in the development of an Affordable Group Housing Project namely “Vasant Valley” in Sector 56-A, Faridabad 121002 (Haryana) on the piece and parcel of land measuring 6.25 acres falling in revenue estate of Village Gaunchi, Sector 56A, Faridabad under Affordable Housing Policy 2013, of Govt of Haryana, after getting necessary license bearing No. 41 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019 from the office of Director General Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.

Sh. BasantVirmani has also been issued a license bearing No. 196 of 2022 on dated 30.11.2022 for development of a Commercial Complex on main Mathura Road, Sector 16A, Faridabad under the Leftover Pocket Policy of Govt. of Haryana.

Smt. Shobha Gupta, is the wife of Sh. Sudesh Gupta, another Director of the Company M/s SPR Buildtech Ltd., 20/6, Nuchem Compound, Mathura Road, Faridabad. It is once again reiterated that the Company has developed the Group Housing Complex named as “Imperial Estate” consisting of 7 Towers constructed on ground plus 17 floors, having 461 number of main dwelling units, in addition to 82 number of flats reserved for the economically weaker sections of the society, as per the policy of the Govt. of Haryana, besides a Club, a Nursery School and a world class Convenient Shopping Centre etc. The Company has already obtained occupation certificates in respect of all the 7 Towers, two EWS Towers, Nursery School and Convenient Shopping Center and offered possession to all the allottees. The Project “Imperial Estate” was the brain child of Sh. Sudesh Gupta, who is also the key person of the Company M/s SPR Buildtech Ltd.

Sh Nitin Batra, the third partner of the LLP Firm is a Bachelor in Commerce . He is a dynamic person having more than 20 years of experience in construction, sales and marketing of floors in the city of Palwal. He knows how to lead and motivate a team and keep them sailing in all the situations.

Mr. Sahil Virmani is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the LLP Firm M/S ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS LLP. He is graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, followed by MBA Marketing from Punjab University, Post Graduate Program in Finance from IILM Gurugram, PGDIBO in International Business From IGNOU, New Delhi.

He is handling the Real Estate Projects overseeing areas of Project Execution, Quality, Technology, Process & IT, Customer Relationship Management, Design & Engineering and many other facets of the business. He has contributed significantly to project conception and acquiring necessary approvals from the authorities in respect of an Affordable Group Housing Project namely “Vasant Valley” in Sector 56-A, Faridabad 121002 (Haryana) being developed by the Company M/s HRH City Projects Pvt. Ltd. having its office at 660, Sector 16A, Faridabad on the land measuring 6.25 acres falling in revenue estate of Village Gaunchi, Sector 56A, Faridabad under Affordable Housing Policy 2013, of Govt of Haryana, after getting necessary license bearing No. 41 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019 from the office of Director General Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh. He continues to drive the organization towards a leadership position in the real estate and construction business.
